Andy Palanisamy has spent over 25 years asking a single question: how do you make technology actually work for the people and places it's meant to serve? That thread runs from the connected-vehicle research labs of Washington to the smart-city blueprints of the Gulf, and it's what he brings to Criativo as CEO, where he's building the company's presence across global markets.

His career has lived at the intersection of bold engineering and public good. At the U.S. Department of Transportation and Ford Motor Company, he helped shape some of the earliest work on intelligent transportation and automated vehicles, technology that's only now becoming everyday reality. In Dubai, he led Smart Cities and Innovation at Parsons, translating big ideas into infrastructure on the ground. Today he also sits on the boards of organizations incl. Obsession, a Dubai innovation consultancy, and MindAi where he is helping bring an AI platform for legal professionals to market across the GCC and wider Arab world.

Andy holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Bharathiar University. He is an Edison Fellow (Harvard's Belfer Center) and a SAFE Energy Security Fellow, recognition for work that sits where technology, policy, and economic security meet.

Dr. Senthil Kumar Rajasekaran, a physician entrepreneur, brings deep, on-the-ground knowledge of the UAE and the wider GCC to his work in market entry and strategy. Over several years of lived experience in the region, he has built the institutional relationships and operating fluency that allow international organizations to enter Gulf markets with confidence and to navigate them effectively once established.

His company maintains formal representation agreements and strategic engagements with major sovereign investment funds, government entities, and leading public-sector organizations across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. These relationships span the principal entities shaping Abu Dhabi's economic diversification, real estate and industrial infrastructure, and inbound investment agenda, giving him direct access to the decision-making channels that matter for market entry, partnership formation, and long-term positioning in the Emirate.

His advisory work is grounded in two decades of senior leadership globally across the academic, healthcare, and institutional landscape, and engagements with national bodies and ministries. This background gives him a rare combination of strategic insight and institutional credibility, an understanding not only of how Gulf markets work, but of how their leadership thinks, decides, and partners.

Dr. Rajasekaran advises clients on UAE and GCC market entry, strategic positioning, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. He is known for translating ambition into executable strategy, helping organizations move from initial interest to durable presence in one of the world's most dynamic and opportunity-rich regions.
