Problem Statement
Despite its expansive infrastructure and diverse offerings, Texvalley faced significant operational challenges:
Lack of Customer Insights: There was no system in place to track customer demographics, footfall, or engagement levels across different zones and floors.
Inefficient Vehicle Management: The mall relied on a manual token system for vehicle entry and exit, leading to congestion and lack of real-time data on parking utilization.
Manual Operational Oversight: Monitoring of shop openings, housekeeping schedules, and overall operational compliance was done manually, resulting in inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
Solution Offered:
To address these challenges, we implemented a tailored suite of our Fusion Engine solutions:
Fusion Analytics: Developed specifically for mall environments, this module provided real-time data on customer entry and exit patterns, peak visiting hours, engagement activities, and demographic segmentation (adults, children, etc.).
Fusion ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition): Automated vehicle access control, replacing the manual token system, and provided real-time data on vehicle flow and parking utilization.
Fusion Surveillance: Enhanced operational oversight by monitoring shop opening times, housekeeping activities, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
